SHIPPING INFORMATION:
At Pine Tree Barn, our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. Many of our items are shipped within 1-2 business days via UPS ground. Some of our items may take longer for us to send out, and will be denoted as such on a per-item basis. If an item is on back-order, we will contact you with an estimated ship date.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We are proud of the quality, style and value we offer at Pine Tree Barn.com and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. We will gladly provide a merchandise refund, exchange, or store credit for your order – within 30 days of receipt. All items must be returned in new condition. Any boutique items, bedding or home accessories must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags still attached. Sorry, we cannot accept returns on any personalized, seasonal or sale items.
RETURNS ARE EASY
You may return items purchased on our website either by mail or in person at our Pine Tree Barn store in Wooster, Ohio with a receipt as proof of purchase. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you for the items value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
STEP 1
First things first…please repack your item carefully and securely with original packaging in the original box, and include your invoice. Please provide a short note with your reason for return, and the action that you would like to be taken when we receive it, either an exchange, merchandise credit or refund. Make sure to include your daytime phone number in your note.
STEP 2
Return your items to the Pine Tree Barn Store, via UPS or return via another carrier.
TO RETURN YOUR ITEM VIA UPS
Please pack your item carefully in the original packaging and box that it was sent in. Then give us a call at 330.264.1014 and we will send you a customer return label. Affix the label to the front of your package, and drop off at any UPS location. UPS offers over 70,000 access points, including UPS Drop Boxes, the UPS Stores and other authorized shipping outlets where you can easily drop off your return package. These convenient locations can be found at www.ups.com or by calling (800)-742-5877. You can also give your return package to any UPS driver. The return cost will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund.
TO RETURN YOUR ITEM VIA ANOTHER CARRIER
Please remember to follow all the instructions in step one. Then, use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address:
